How can I place an order?
ONLINE - Via our shopping cart system. 
PHONE - To place an order by phone call (888)907-7755.
EMAIL - We gladly accept email orders, but PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER EMAIL. We will contact you the next day or you can call us toll free at (888)907-7755 with your credit card information. Please be sure to include your company name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

Methods of Payment Accepted? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. 

What is your shipping policy? 
All orders are shipped from Tustin, California.  Freight charges will automatically be added to your invoice.  We ship everything USPS.  Contact us directly if you would like to ship through another carrier. 

Do you offer backorders? 
We offer backorders only at customer's request.  Customer will not be obligated to prepay any shipments of backordered merchandise that was not available at the time of original shipment. 

What is your return policy? 
We take pride in providing extraordinary products and customer service, and want you to be as happy with our products as we are.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send back the unused portion for a refund. 

Special Promotions?
We offer a 5% advertising discount for companies who list or show any of our products in their print catalog and/or online catalogs. If you have specific questions, please call us or email us and we will be glad to help you.  You must work with the credit office at (888)907-7755 and provide the print catalog and/or website information before the discount will be applied.
